The role.
As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will play an important role in strengthening relationships between TTC Hospitality and shareholders, investors, analysts and relevant regulatory organizations.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely and transparent communication of corporate information.
What you will do.
Build and strengthen relationships with state regulatory bodies, including the State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges and VSD.
Update and execute periodic and extraordinary bilingual information disclosures in compliance with legal regulations.
Design and prepare corporate profiles, materials and presentations for shareholders, investors and analysts.
Organize seminars and conferences with current and potential investors.
Support the provision and management of information resources for analysts and relevant partners.
What we are looking for.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
Deep understanding of the stock market, legal regulations regarding listed companies and financial disclosure processes.
Strong communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
2–3 years of working experience in a related field.
